Get those creative juices flowing and start carving those pumpkins! Bring in your pumpkin contest entry for a photo shot from 9am to 5:30pm between October 18th and 4:00 October 29th to the Car-Fi in Springfield at 1600 S Glenstone. Pumpkin Carver must accompany the carved pumpkin for this photo shot. After the photo shoot owner can take the pumpkin home.

All submissions will be posted on the Car-Fi facebook page as well as this web page (see the gallery below). The general public will be allowed to submit one vote for their favorite pumpkin on the form at the bottom of this web page. The top ten entries with the most votes will be judged from 3 to 5pm on October 30th by a panel of 96.5 and Car-Fi judges.

• Top 10 Pumpkins will be announced on this web page October 30th around 2:30 •
• Winning Pumpkins will be announced here October 30th between 3:30 and 4:00 •

• Must be 18 or older to enter!

• Play Fair. Do not fabricate votes for yourself if you have a pumpkin entered. Do not have friends   place votes for somebody other than themselves. We can tell if you do. Violators may be subject   to disqualification. We may contact voters to verify votes that seem questionable.

• Judges will be selected from the Car-Fi staff as well as from the staff of Power 96.5

• Judging Criteria is based on originality, pumpkin shape and form, as well as degree of carving   skills and carving difficulty.

• Each pumpkin must be registered when brought in for the photo shot and a photo release must   be signed.

• Judges decisions are final. Employees of Car-Fi and power 96.5 are not eligible to enter.

• Real Pumpkins are eligible for the contest - No artificial pumpkins please.
