It's been a little while since the last update on the Thing. We got sidelined for a couple of months building our entry, a sweet 1981 Chevrolet Corvette, for the 2008 Pioneer Build-Off. You can check out the incredible project Here. Now that the Pioneer Build-Off is over, it's time to get back on the Thing. The Audio / Video system has been installed. In this stage we are doing the final trim out of the system and finishing the wiring on it. The amp area under the hood in the only thing left to finish cosmetically and mechanically. Jay is fabricating the trim pieces for it.
